1.CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

• At Jack’s Satay Bar, we are committed to provide a pleasant customer’s experience. We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are available and true to pricing.

2. TRANSACTIONS

• All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

• Payment for all Products are charged by credit, debit, cash or PayPal, Jack’s Satay Bar accepts payment with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

• All prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax) and are quoted in Australian dollars.

• Orders will be fulfilled once payment has been cleared. If the card payment is declined by your issuer for any reason, Jack’s Satay Bar will not hold or fulfil your order.

• You will be provided with a receipt in respect of Products purchased from Jack’s Satay Bar.

3. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

• Product and Delivery are subject to change without notice, but it will not affect confirmed order.

Jack’s Satay Bar reserve the rights to modify or discontinue the Products without notice at any time.

4. YOUR OBLIGATIONS

4.1 When accessing and using the Site to order and purchase Products, you warrant that:

• you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;

• you are at 18 years of age or over (if you are ordering and purchasing alcohol);

• you are the registered cardholder, or you have express authority from the cardholder when making payment for an order by credit card;

• you are the account owner, or you have express authority from the account owner when making payment for an order by Paypal;

• you are resident in Australia; and

• you are accessing the Site from Australia.

4.2​ You agree to comply with all applicable laws and for lawful purpose when accessing or using Jack Satay Bar’s Services.

4.3 You may be asked to provide proof of identity/age to collect or receive delivery of Products (including alcohol). You acknowledge that you may be denied collection or delivery if you refuse to provide proof of identity/age upon request. 

4.4 Some of the Products available to purchase on the Site will not be suitable for persons with allergy and dietary requirements. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to determine what Products are suitable for you.
4.5 At Jack’s Satay Bar, we prepare all food in accordance with the Food Standards set by Food Standards Australia. The Jack’s Satay Bar kitchen and equipment used may contain traces of nuts, egg, dairy, gluten and other know allergens. We encourage you to inform us about your food allergy or intolerance before finalizing your payment. However, we cannot guarantee that all dietary requirements will be met.

• Publications, products, company names, content, graphical elements or services referenced or used herein or on the site are the exclusive trademarks of their respective owners, and any use of trademarks is strictly prohibited without the express permission of their owners.
